From a 1979 Ludhiana spare parts firm to a Tata Motors GOEM building CPCB IV+ sets in Ghaziabad.
Every business, hospital, factory, and home that has relied on an uninterrupted power supply from a Rishabh generator is part of our story. It starts in 1979 with a spare parts firm in Ludhiana, moves to Ghaziabad in 1989, and runs through engines, small gensets and dealership years to the Tata Motors GOEM partnership we build on today.
1979 to today

Into Engine Manufacturing
The firm begins manufacturing Petter and Lister type diesel engines.
1985
The First Generator Sets
Manufacturing of small diesel generator sets begins, covering ratings from 5 kVA to 10 kVA.
1989
The Move to Ghaziabad
Operations shift to Ghaziabad. Small generators are manufactured under the Shree Vardhman brand name, alongside spare parts distribution across North India.
2003
Rishabh Power Solutions Ltd.
The group's generator business is incorporated as Rishabh Power Solutions Ltd. Through 2006 the works assemble gensets powered by Ashok Leyland engines.
2005
Kirloskar Engines & Acoustic Enclosures
A dealership for Kirloskar engines brings assembly of small generators up to 30 kVA, and manufacturing of acoustic enclosures begins.

Kirloskar Bliss Distribution
Appointed distributors for Kirloskar Bliss generators.
2009–2012
Kohler Distribution
Serves as authorised distributors for Kohler generators.

Tata Motors GOEM
Rishabh acquires the GOEM partnership for Tata Motors gensets, the platform today's RT+ range is built on.

One Roof in Ghaziabad
Capacity expands with an integrated manufacturing facility bringing generators, control panels, mobile lighting towers and servo stabilizers together under one roof.
