Precision Assembly Floor
Our 25,000 sq.ft. manufacturing campus on G.T. Road, Ghaziabad, houses three dedicated assembly lines — one each for the Tata Motors, Cooper Corporation, and Sterling/Baudouin product ranges. This specialisation means each line's team develops deep expertise in the specific engine, alternator, and control panel configurations they work with every day.
Line segregation eliminates cross-configuration errors and allows each team to build institutional knowledge around a specific engine platform and product family.

Load Bank Testing Facility
Our in-house load bank testing facility is central to our quality guarantee. Every single generator set — from a 2.5 kVA silent genset to a 1500 kVA heavy-duty industrial unit — undergoes a full load test before dispatch. Electronic load banks simulate real-world demand at 50%, 75%, and 100% rated capacity.
Test data is recorded in our production system and a copy is provided to the customer with every generator. This transparency is part of the Rishabh quality promise.

In-House Canopy & Enclosure Fabrication
Acoustic enclosures and weather-proof canopies are fabricated in-house using CNC-cut sheet metal, robotic welding, and powder-coating lines. In-house fabrication gives us complete control over fit, finish, insulation quality, and customisation — whether a customer needs a specific RAL colour, branding panel, or non-standard dimension.
Custom canopy configurations — extra-low noise, high-ambient, corrosion-resistant coastal, and containerised — are engineered to order.

Spare Parts Warehouse
We maintain an extensive spare parts inventory for the full range of Tata Motors, Cooper Corporation, and Baudouin engines and alternators. Fast parts availability is critical to minimising customer downtime — which is why our spares warehouse is managed with real-time inventory software and a next-day dispatch commitment for stocked items.

Before Every Dispatch
Quality Control Process
Five mandatory stages that every Rishabh generator must pass before it is approved for delivery.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every component — engines, alternators, control panels, canopy frames — undergoes a documented incoming quality inspection before entering the production floor. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned.
In-Process Assembly Control
Assembly is governed by standardised work instructions at each station. Critical torque values, wiring routes, and clearance checks are verified at every stage by our QC team — not just at end-of-line.
Load Bank Testing
Every generator set is load-tested at 50%, 75%, and 100% rated load using electronic load banks. Voltage, frequency, temperature, fuel consumption, and oil pressure are recorded and validated against OEM specifications.
Thermal & Acoustic Checks
Canopy temperature distribution and acoustic enclosure sound levels are measured for relevant product configurations to ensure CPCB-IV+ compliance and customer comfort specifications are met.
Final Inspection & Sign-Off
No generator leaves the facility without a final QC sign-off. Each unit is tagged with a unique serial number, test certificate, and warranty documentation — all recorded in our production management system.
